I’m Jackie Ponomariov, MSW, RSW, founder and clinical director of Me Again Collective.
I support helpers, over-achievers, and highly sensitive individuals with challenging their inner critic and putting themselves first so they can feel less burned out and more empowered.
I’ve been there.
I’ve been a highly-sensitive, perfectionistic, and ambitious person for as long as I can remember - always dreaming of building a grand life with no limits. But in 2018, I burned out and crashed hard. I knew no boundaries, had no work-life balance, put others first at my own expense, and felt like I was stuck in a loop of dread with no reason to get out of bed.
It’s possible to feel good again.
That same year, I reached out for help from professionals which felt terrifying. I thought I was going to lose control but little did I know, I never had any to begin with. My life began to change - I gained hope, balance, and fulfillment. For the first time in a while, instead of just looking like I had it all together, I actually felt like I did. Since then, i’ve helped countless ambitious feelers like you in cultivating a lifestyle and mindset that feels good and healthy - feeling truly in control.
